In this challenge, you will receive 2 in depth yoga flows from my Yes to Yoga book, every Monday and Thursday for 4 weeks, which you can follow in the comfort of your own home.
I will give hints and tips on each move so you can get the most out of your practice.

The aim of the challenge is to get you moving again, back into your body. To help you build foundational stamina in your practice, proper alignment,  and connect back to your practice and self. The challenge will assist in building full body strength and overall flexibility, while also understanding some of the basic principles of breath work.

The flows are achievable for all levels, as I give options and modifications to suit everyone's individual needs throughout the Flow.
At the end of the four weeks, you will be able to choose from a variety of routines from the book, that may be practiced each week at home on your own.
