I am an ex gymnast of 10+ years. After making the hard and heartbreaking decision to leave gymnastics due to a back injury, I was pretty lost when it came to movement.
The years after, I still loved everything flexibility and general movement. I would find myself stretching, practicing the splits, and generally (unconsciously) keeping my mobility up. I started to explore breath, and the effects of meditation while holding stretches (accidently) and this turned into yoga. This intrigued me further and I started to naturally flow through stretching and breath and general movement.



I now incorporate dance, inversions, stretching, meditation and flexibility into my flows.


Find Your Flex is a full body stretching guide.  It includes 150+ stretches that I continually use in my day to day life to keep mobile and flexible. The stretches in this guide are what I have practiced for the past 10+ years since being a gymnast. It mixes well into Flows and are stretches you will commonly see me incorporate into my personal practice.
 
Yes to Yoga is a Beginner and Intermediate Vinyasa guide teaching 64 asanas (poses) and incorporating them into different types of flows. It is great for anyone who is interested in yoga and wants to learn at their own pace, as well as in the comfort of their own space. There are 10 sequences starting easier and working up to harder flows & asanas.
