I am a hand balancing, movement loving, traveler based in Australia with a love for the outdoors and being in nature.
My journey includes 10 years of gymnastics training, competing and coaching along with personal training, yoga and meditation instruction.
I believe in keeping our bodies healthy and active and that you can do it in enjoyable ways. It is also important for our psychological and physical health. You don't need to always have fancy equipment, activewear or to be in stunning locations to enjoy movement and explore your own journey. I wanted to create something accessible to everyone and that suits all lifestyles that enables people to journey into movement
I have created a range of different eBooks that offer movements and practices that can be learned and practiced from anywhere.
All of my eBooks required minimum to no equipment, so you are free to do them backpacking, from the comfort of your own home, in a gym/studio, or where I mostly practice, outdoors in nature.
